Join us in celebrating and nourishing our community’s senior residents! Our Nourishing Seniors Program is a fantastic & affordable way to bring super nutritious and delicious single~serving meals to our elders’ tables. The meals are (mostly) frozen for reheating in the oven and the salads are fresh. These single portions are not huge, but we feel they are just right! Some eaters may have a bit to put away for lunch the next day but we hope it will be a super satisfyingly-sized meal. All meals can be added onto with our selection of fresh salads and frozen soups. We even have desserts and snacks to go with a mid-day coffee or tea! Simple. Delicious to the last drop. Nutrient dense. Good Food.
